This Week's Blogger: J.H.
What are we learning about this week? In science class this week, we learned about all of the class rules and where everything goes. On the first day of school, we learned about the science of solar eclipse and how it affects your eyes if you don’t have the right glasses on. We organized our binders for the year and completed the first page and format for the Table of Contents. Why are we learning this? The reason why we are learning this is so that we are organized, prepared, and safe in the upcoming year. This way we know everything about the class in the first week. What was the most interesting thing you learned or did in class this week? Why? The most interesting thing I learned in class this week was how the eclipse reacts to your eyes if you don’t have on the special glasses. This was the most interesting thing I learned because I found out about the things inside my eye like the retina and that the pupil is actually a hole. What was the hardest/trickiest thing we learned about or did this week? The hardest/trickiest thing we learned this week is the new things Mrs. Boguslaw was adding or changing this school year. Did we have any quizzes or tests this week? If we did, which was it, and what was it on? How was it? No, we did not have any tests or quizzes this week. If you could pick anything in science to learn more about, what would it be and why? If I could pick anything in science to learn more about, it would be chemistry because I think it is cool and fascinating that mix 2 substances together can make a totally different product. Is there anything else you want to add? No, there is nothing else I would like to add.
